From the fantastic 2015 vintage, this Aligote combines the grape variety`s signature taut acidity with a richness and creaminess not often found in Burgundy`s so-called second grape. The winemaker in question needs little introduction - Arnaud Ente has risen to become one of Burgundy`s most soughtafter vignerons, drawing comparisons with great domaines like Lafon and Coche-Dury.
