Arnaud Ente has risen to become one of Burgundy`s most soughtafter winemakers drawing comparisons with Lafon and Coche-Dury. This fantastic 2010 vintage of this mind-blowing Aligote just goes to show what can be done with Burgundy`s second white grape. The vineyard was fiirst planted in the 1930s and yields are kept low to intensify the fruit character. Signature Aligote acidity mingles with spice, exotic fruit and a touch of vanilla oak.
