Domaine de la Vougeraie was created in 1999 by Jean-Claude Boisset when he consolidated all the vineyard holdings accrued from his various négociant companies. For the Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru, fruit is sourced from a 0.7ha biodynamically farmed plot with vines dating back to 1901. The 2014 is precise and delineated, unfurling regally in the glass with superb sophistication and tension.
