Founded in 1999, Lucien Le Moine is a superb producer of solely Premier and Grands Cru Burgundy with strictly limited production of between one to three barrels per Cru. The 2016 Bonnes-Mares is a muscular and somewhat austere wine but has beautiful aromatic highlights. This will need several years cellaring to unlock its full, and considerable, potential.
