Pinot Noir is the pillar of the Champagne Bollinger style, and the House has forged its reputation by showcasing this variety. The PN cuvée is made from 100% Pinot Noir, predominantly sourced from the Champagne village of Tauxières-Mutry, hence TX. On the nose, the 2017 shows notes of dried flowers together with tobacco, mocha and liquorice character. Lively on the palate with stone fruit and exotic notes, together with honeyed, nutty complexity.
