Blandy`s 10 Year Old Bual 50cl

Throughout its remarkably long history on the island, the Blandy family winery has played a leading role in the development of Madeira wine and continues to maintain a tradition of fine wine production that dates back two centuries. This is a dark and delicious non-vintage medium-sweet wine made from 100% Bual aged in seasoned American oak casks in the traditional ‘Canteiro’ system for an average of 10 years. Rich and luscious, but with a keen thread of acidity, it is saturated with wonderful notes of marmalade, quince paste, raisins, spices, caramel and walnuts. Serve lightly chilled alongside fruit cake, crème brûlée or even blue cheese.
