This moreish single varietal Chardonnay is made in an elegant Burgundian style with the grape must fermented in French oak barrels and matured for 12 months before bottling. The resulting wine is a generous Chardonnay, which opens with enticing notes of vanilla, tropical fruits and roasted almonds. The palate is medium-bodied and creamy, packed with ripe stone fruits and hints of mango.
