Cuvée Nicolas François was created in 1964 as a tribute to the House’s founder. From the sensational 2002 vintage, this is blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay sees 20% vinified in oak barrels and is aged for 10 years on lees before release. This exceptionally long-lived wine is an absolute must-try for any fan of Billecart Salmon.
