Bienvenues Batard Montrachet Lucien Le Moine 2014

£558.00
Lucien Le Moine is a small, boutique négociant house founded in 1999 by Mounir and Rotem Saouma with production limited to 100 barrels per year of solely Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. From the exceptional 2014 vintage, the Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet is a wonderfully open-knit, exuberant and expressive wine, offering up generous scents of citrus, stone fruits, spring flowers, sweet spices and subtly toasty oak. It is full-bodied, satin-textured and imbued with a fine thread of energetic acidity and superb mineral definition. Delicious today but perhaps even better with time.
