An elegant, distinctive and multi-layered wine from Alto Adige. Chardonnay plus other aromatic varieties are fermented together in new French oak barriques. The wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation followed by maturation on lees for 10 months. A rich, textural wine with complex flavours of white flowers and stone fruits and a fresh, mineral finish.
