Originally founded in 1847, Bérêche et Fils has reached new heights through the innovative work of brothers Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche, following the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture. Their cuvée Le Cran is a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir from vines aged 45 years old. It reveals aromas of baked apples and white fruits, accompanied by floral and mineral notes. On the palate, it is complex and weighty, with fine, elegant bubbles.
