Bereche Campania Remensis Rose 2016

Champagne Bérêche is one of the star producers of the region and is a firm favourite of Hedonism Wines. Campania Remensis is produced from a small 0.71ha plot in the Petite Montagne de Reims with vines that are around 40 years of age. It is composed of 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier and 5% Coteaux Champenois Rouge (still red wine added for colour), with fermentation in barrels, élevage with the lees and 36+ months maturation in bottle prior to disgorgement. This is an impeccably balanced and complex wine that is superb for matching with a variety of dishes. Bottled with 3g/L dosage.
