Belgrove Distillery produces their Peated Rye Whisky with peat sourced from Brown Marsh Bog in Tasmania. It has notes of heather, honey, allspice, nutmeg and a whiff of shortbread cookies. The taste is lightly peaty, with a blast of cinnamon, honey, nutmeg, and heather. The finish is lingering and smoky.
