Château Bélair-Monange was created by the Moueix family in 2008 from the fusion of the historic Saint-Émilion vineyards of Châteaux Bélair and Magdelaine. The 2015 is a stunning blend of 88% Merlot and 12% Cabernet Franc and perhaps the best release yet. Wonderfully aromatic on the nose, layers of complexity on the palate and a superbly defined finish – simply excellent.
