Established in 1854, Bedrock is one of the most celebrated properties in Sonoma Valley’s Central Corridor. The winery’s Pato Vineyard Heritage is a Zinfandel-dominant blend, which also includes Mataro and Petite Sirah. The wine is rich, bold and earthy, packed with dark fruits, liquorice and a touch of white pepper. Reasonably long finish and well-integrated tannins.
