Domaine de Montille is a brilliant domaine in the Côte de Beaune producing excellent expressions of Pinot Noir with delicious purity and superb vitality. The grapes for ‘Les Sizies’ come from a tiny 1.62ha 1er Cru vineyard and fermentation includes 30% whole clusters. The 2016 is beautifully defined with notes of crunchy black fruits and crushed stone minerality.
