Beaune Clos St Landry Bouchard 2019

Founded in 1731, Bouchard Père & Fils is one of the oldest Burgundy estates with a history that spans nearly three centuries. Their Clos Saint-Landry is produced from pressed whole clusters, fermented in cask, 20% of them being new barrels. The wine has concentrated aromas of apple and citrus fruits, with a sprinkle of beeswax and hay. The palate has a vibrant acidity despite the warm weather in 2019. Recommended drinking from now through to 2029.
