From the superb 2018 vintage, this is a vibrant and juicy Pinot Noir from the clay-rich soils of Beaune 1er Cru Clos de la Mousse. It unwinds in the glass, exhibiting delicious aromas of dark cherry, bramble, briar, liquorice and spices. It is medium-bodied and fresh on the palate, offering succulent fruit, silky texture and a long mineral-tinged finish. This is best served with food, pairing particularly well with roasted game.
