From two sources on the Puligny side, Louis Jadot’s 2018 Bâtard-Montrachet displays an impressive concentration, with sweet white fruit, balanced oak and touches of pear, peach and banana. Structured and oily on the palate, the wine has depth and structure but equal freshness, with long and persistent stone fruit at the centre.
