From their domaine in Dezizes-les-Maranges, brothers Marc and Alexandre Bachelet oversee an enviable catalogue of top Côte de Beaune vineyards. Their 2019 Bâtard-Montrachet is still a very young wine, but all the elements are there to suggest that this will be a remarkable Grand Cru. The nose is filled with orchard fruits, nutmeg and some residual yeasty aromas from fermentation. The palate is rich, with depth and concentration.
