The grapes for the incredibly deep Vigna del Gris come from vines that are over 40 years old, from the 1-hectare parcel of the same name. This is a beautifully perfumed wine, ranging from rose petals and orange zest to ripe strawberries and cherries. On the palate, the Gris has tension, firm tannins and plenty of spices, finishing on a balsamic note.
