100% Nebbiolo from the `Ravera` single vineyard, situated in the municipality of Novello. Aged for around 32 months in large oak barrels. On the nose, a bouquet of floral and red fruit notes are accompanied by chalk and white pepper nuances. Ripe red fruit on the palate accompanied by compact tannins and refreshing acidity. The perfect match for red meats and mature cheeses.
