The 2012 Barolo Cerequio from Boroli is a classically styled but superbly crafted expression of Nebbiolo. It opens with aromas of wild berries, wild mint, ground ginger spice, tar and liquorice. On the palate, it is compact and focussed with admirable aromatic lift and a long, satisfying finish.
