This is a magnificent mature Barolo from the legendary producer, Aldo Conterno. Now with 30 years of age it is really beginning to hit its stride, with tannins now integrating and the wonderful savoury nuances that had been lying in wait now emerging. This is still intensely structured and massively concentrated wine so will benefit from being decanted prior to serving.
