Established in 1921, Paolo Scavino a family-owned winery renowned for producing wonderfully pure, complex and elegant wines from the three core grape varieties of the region. Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto. Bric dël Fiasc is a single-vineyard Barolo, reflecting the great power and finesse of the Nebbiolo. On the nose, black cherries, raisins, dates and figs. The palate is beautifully textured, with a great fruit density and refined tannins. A real treat for Barolo fans.
