Pajé is one of the historic vineyards of Barbaresco and the Vecchie Viti is sourced from vines over 50 years of age. This is complex Nebbiolo at its very finest. The palate offers dark fruit, herbs, menthol, earthiness, tobacco and orange oil encased within a towering, muscular framework. The benefits of cellaring this wine cannot be underestimated.
