Made from 100% Nebbiolo sourced from the Gaiun section of the Martinenga vineyard in the village of Barbaresco, considered to be one of the finest vineyards in the Langhe. The prestigious estate has been in the hands of the di Grésy family since 1797. On the nose, look for hints of sweet tobacco, liquorice and black pepper. Elegantly structured on the palate with a sweet tannic texture. Pair with game, aged cheeses and even dark chocolate!
