Established in 2018, Alistair Walker Whisky Company is one of Scotland`s newest independent bottlers specialising in single cask Scotch whisky. From their flagship brand `Infrequent Flyers’ comes this vintage 8-year-old Balmenach, aged in a first-fill bourbon barrel. Bottled at 58.4% ABV, it’s a vibrant and Speyside whisky, peppered with notes of vanilla pods, coconut flakes, cloves and almonds.
