A very rare 40 year old bottling of Balmenach selected by Hunter Laing. Limited to just 174 bottles and bottled at 45.4%ABV, this is full bodied whiskies with notes of Christmas cake, ginger, orange peel and vanilla custard. The palate is oily and mouth-coating while the finish is long with a hint of spice.
