The Bahans Haut-Brion is the second-label wine of Château Haut-Brion and is produced from the same grapes grown for the estate’s flagship wine and represents a slightly earlier-drinking, more approachable alternative to their grand vin. The 1995 is a blend of 33% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 47% Cabernet Sauvignon. A beautifully savoury and complex mature expression with sweet fruit and sous bois, leather nuances.
