From Swartland comes this blend of Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne and some Palomino, all handpicked from mostly old vineyards. The final makeup of the blend varies slightly each year, but Chenin Blanc forms the largest portion of the co-fermentation. The resulting wine is beautifully textured, with a lightly honeyed nose and notes of dried apricots, white tea and tangerine. The finish is long and remarkably savoury.
