Shashi Singh and husband Devendra farm a pint-sized vineyard in the Mornington Peninsula. The 2015 Syrah has gorgeous scents of rose petal, garam masala, sweet cherries and maraschino. Pure and beautiful, with succulent texture, fine tannins, and a wave of supple red fruits and spice. Utterly superb.
