This is a particularly well-aged single malt from the Auchroisk Distillery, which has been bottled up at 37 years of age by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. On the nose, enticing aromas of honeydew melon and apricot brandy, soft cedar and smoke, with just a hint of cut grass. The palate reveals Seville orange marmalade, mint chocolate and creamy vanilla, finishing on a citrusy note.
