Infrequent Flyers are a newly established independent bottler who have been releasing some fantastic liquid. This 13YO Auchroisk is limited to 273 bottles and was aged exclusively in a single hogshead before being bottled at cask strength. Big barley and cereal notes jump out on the nose with a hint of dried citrus. The palate adds more fruit to the equation alongside toasted white almonds and white flowers. The finish is lingering with notes of wood shavings and oat biscuits.
