Sugar Shack is the Aubert family’s home estate, located on 7+ acres in the well-regarded Rutherford Appellation. The 2019 Sugar Shack Chardonnay stands out for its seductive aromas of lemon oil, fresh pastry, salted caramel, followed by subtle notes of acacia blossom and beeswax. On the palate, white peach, quince preserve, and lanolin oil stand out. The density on the finish is braced by an exhilarating acidity, resulting in perfectly balanced cut and length.
