Aubert Ritchie Vineyard Chardonnay 2007 is a mature single-vineyard Chardonnay from the cult winemaker Mark Aubert on California`s Sonoma Coast. Many of California’s greatest ever Chardonnays have been produced with fruit from the unofficial ‘grand cru’ Ritchie Vineyard, which was planted with Old Wente clone Chardonnay vines in 1972 by the legendary Kent Ritchie. "The 2007 Chardonnay Ritchie Vineyard has a glorious nutty, baked peaches and dried apricot-scented nose with hints of lemon butter and cinnamon toast plus a waft of fresh hay.
