Another major achievement from Mark Aubert and his team, the 2019 Eastside offers complex aromas of citrus, green apple, dried apricot, thyme and lemon sorbet. Ripe stone fruits dominate the palate, followed by mineral nuances of crushed rocks. The refreshing acidity cuts through to a long and defined finish. Ready to be enjoyed now but it will develop further in the next 10 to 15 years.
