Les Aubaguetes comes from 1.4 hectares of ancient vines planted in 1901. A blend of 80% Garnacha, 19% Cariñena and 1% white grapes, Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo, fermented with natural yeast in foudres, where the wine is also aged for 14 months. An aromatically deep red, with zesty notes accompanied by hints of red and black fruits and with a mineral character. Silky on the palate, with strong but refined tannins.
