The Caprai winery began in 1971 when textiles entrepreneur, Arnaldo Caprai, purchased 12.5 acres of land in town of Montefalco in Umbria. Today, the winery is considered one of the leading producers of top-quality wines in the region. Cuvée Secrète is a unique blend of undisclosed white varieties that best expresses the character of the vintage. Complex, round and soft, it offers up lovely notes of citrus, spices, anise, ferns, vanilla, white pepper and honey.
