This rare and limited-edition bottling of 1977 vintage Ardbeg was released in small batches between 2001 and 2004. The nose is surprisingly soft, filled with citrus notes, seaweed, iodine, bonfire and a tiny bit of sea salt. The palate is slightly oily and sweet, with more citrus fruits, sea salt, vanilla, spices and oak.
