A new member of the Ardbeg core-range and the first one in a long time to feature an age statement. The whisky is aged in a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels and ex-Oloroso casks. The result is typically Ardbeggian in the best possible way - notes of charred tropical fruit and vanilla-y woodsmoke mingle on the nose while the palate balances smoky with saline before a long, woody finish.
