The inaugural release of the 2nd wine of Château Belair-Monange was in 2014 and it has rapidly become a superb value Bordeaux option. 90% Merlot is combined with 10% Cabernet Franc to create a deliciously harmonious blend of concentrated red and black berry fruit, deep savoury complexity and lightly grippy tannins. Though created with earlier drinking in mind, there is enough potential here for a few years of cellaring.
