Eugenio Rosi is one of the most experimental winemakers in Alto Adige, and he is passionate about the autochthonous grape varieties from the region. Anisos is a blend of 20% Chardonnay, 20% Nosiola and 60% Pinot Bianco, partly fermented in open wood vats with skin maceration. The resulting amber wine has an impactful nose with notes of peaches, saffron, vanilla and slight smoky air. Pair it with fresh and creamy cheeses such as burrata and ricotta.
