Angelus 600cl 2018

Owned by the Boüard de Laforest family, Château Angélus is one of the most prestigious wine producers in Saint-Émilion. It was one of the first estates in the region to use a high percentage of Cabernet Franc, dating back to the 1920s. The 2018 vintage is a blend of 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Franc and reveals a certain aromatic purity, marked by black fruit notes. On the palate, a touch of sweetness gives way to an elegant tension, with velvety, refined tannins. Available here in a luxurious 6-litre bottle.
