A multi-variety blend from vineyards at 360m above sea level planted by the Alheits’ landlords and owner of the Hemelrand farm in 2010, which tend to ripen at lower sugar levels. The grape varieties are fermented separately, then blended, with the aim that no single variety should stand out. A complex and intense nose of stone and citrus fruits with hints of mango. Rich and juicy on the palate, well-balanced and marked by a sharp acidity.
