Composed of rare and extraordinary parcels of mature dryland bush vines, namely 93% Chenin Blanc and 7% Sémillon, Cartology is a vinous exploration of Cape heritage and the 2020 vintage is the 10th bottling. Pale gold in colour, citrus rind and pear notes on the nose, with faint herbal/stony nuances together with soft cardamom-like spice. Sappy on the palate, with refreshing acidity and a long finish.
