Albarino Balado Zarate 2021

Located in the Salnés Valley, Bodegas Zárate is a long-standing wine estate that pioneered the production of high quality Albariño in the 1950s. With a low-intervention approach to winemaking, Bodegas Zárate’s releases are typically more restrained, traditional versions of Galicia’s most famous grape variety. Produced from two small plots of Albariño vines, Balado 2021 exudes citrus notes, along with tropical fruits, against a mineral background. A great white wine for aging over the next 5-10 years.
