The 2024 Springbank Local Barley is a testament to traditional whisky-making, using barley from Campbeltown and emphasising Springbank's trademark in-house production.

This edition combines 60% bourbon and 40% sherry casks, aiming for a complex flavor profile that balances sweet vanilla tones from bourbon casks with rich, fruity notes from sherry casks.

Covenant is a milestone in the Exceptional Cask Selection series, being the 23rd release and the oldest rum crafted by Master Blender and Distiller, Richard Seale, for the Foursquare label. This 18-year-old rum, has matured gracefully in former Bourbon barrels under the warmth of Barbados's tropical climate.

Covenant is a blend of rums distilled in 2004 and 2005. Initially aged for 10 years, these rums were then vatted and reduced in strength, followed by an additional 8-year maturation period in casks...
