Following the runaway success of our previous two online Sake events we are delighted to welcome House of Sake's Honami Matsumoto back to present the second in a series of tastings exploring the fascinating world of "Speciality Sake".



A much mis-understood category, sake ranges in style from elegant and dry to rich and full-bodied. Sometimes aged in stainless steel for a pure fruit character and sometimes laid to rest in wooden barrels for more depth and complexity.
